內(nèi)容概要

本書為土木工程專業(yè)英語。內(nèi)容包括：力學、建筑材料、測量、工程結(jié)構(gòu)荷載、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、土木工程施工、高層建筑、道路與橋梁等方面。    本書可作為高等院校土木工程專業(yè)本科教材，也可作為土木工程專業(yè)技術(shù)人員學習專業(yè)英語之參考書。

作者簡介

賈艷敏，教授，博導(dǎo)，1962年12月生于內(nèi)蒙古。1984年在東北林業(yè)大學獲道路與橋梁專業(yè)學士學位后留校任教，1990年獲道路與橋梁專業(yè)碩士學位，1997年考取哈爾濱工業(yè)大學力學專業(yè)博士研究生，98年在哈工大獲博士生光華獎學金，2002年獲博士學位。1996年被評為副教授，2001年被評為教授。2004年被評為博士生導(dǎo)師，現(xiàn)任東北林業(yè)大學土木工程學院橋梁教研室主任。
    多年來一直從事橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)方面的教學和科研工作，講授結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計原理、工程結(jié)構(gòu)、橋梁工程、土木工程專業(yè)外語、微機管理與數(shù)據(jù)處理等六門本科生課程，鋼筋混凝土理論、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計、橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)非線性分析、結(jié)構(gòu)動力學等四門研究生課程。99年以來共完成本科生、研究生講課1568學時，其中結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計原理486學時，完成指導(dǎo)本科生課程設(shè)計、畢業(yè)設(shè)計、橋梁工程實習等教學任務(wù)，指導(dǎo)工學碩士研究生14名，已畢業(yè)7人，在讀7人，指導(dǎo)工程碩士3人，已畢業(yè)3人。
    作為第一主編編寫了2本教材,《結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計原理》,東北林業(yè)大學出版社，1997年第一版，2000年第二版；《土木工程專業(yè)英語》，哈爾濱工業(yè)大學出版社，1998年第一版，2002年第二版，2004年第三版（已印15000冊）。主持的《結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計原理教學軟件》獲2003年東北林業(yè)大學教學成果優(yōu)秀獎。主講的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計原理課，2003年被評為東北林業(yè)大學精品課。
    在教學過程中注重教學內(nèi)容的更新、教學方法的改進與教書育人相結(jié)合，教學效果受到同學們和同事們的好評。99年以來被評為校教書育人先進個人（1次），獲校教學優(yōu)秀一等獎（1次），校教學優(yōu)秀二等獎（3次），2000年被評為校拔尖人才。參加過部分預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土T梁承載力的研究；齊齊哈爾嫩江公路大橋動載試驗的研究等課題；負責組織預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼箱梁橋的試驗研究和哈阿公路水泥混凝土路面板強度測試與分析的研究等課題。目前作為項目主持人承擔的科研課題有：多年凍土地區(qū)橋涵基礎(chǔ)穩(wěn)定性研究；無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)在寒區(qū)公路的應(yīng)用；松花江大橋景觀設(shè)計等課題。已發(fā)表論文20多篇。

　　Extension of validity of bids should normally not be requested; in exceptionalcircumstances, if an extension is required, it should be requested of all bidders before theexpiration date. Bidders should have the right to refuse to grant such an extension withoutforfeiting their bid bond, but those who are willing to extend the validity of their bid shouldbe neither required nor permitted to modify their bids.　　It is undesirable that information relating to the examination, clarification, and evaluationof bids and recommendations concerning awards be communicated after the public opening ofbids to bidders or to persons not officially concerned with these procedures until the award ofa contract to the successful bidder is announced.　　No bidder should be permitted to alter his bid after bid has been opened. Onlyclarifications not changing the substance of the bid may be accepted. The borrower may askany bidder for a clarification of his bid but should not ask any bidder to change the substanceor price of his bid.
