  •   全英文,但是講解的很詳盡也很實用。適合Englishspeaker買來練習(xí),或者要向講英語者傳授瑜伽的人買來學(xué)習(xí)。只是剛剛拿到時外面的硬包裝已經(jīng)掉了一大半,只好忍痛撕下來了
