  •   把中國太極與氣功的理念應(yīng)用到跑步上,挺有創(chuàng)意。跑步愛好者,尤其是長距離跑的人能從中受益。不過,作者把太極的“極”與“氣”搞混了,但不影響書的內(nèi)容。中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化還需要加大普及力度哇。
